errr. the hyperlink you refer to Tim suggests that’s not quite the case, in fact it goes on to say:
“Nevertheless, Morse code is alive and well in the Amateur Radio Service and is not on life support.”
There are several thousand radio hams around the world whose ears will prick up when they hear about this app!

Perhaps this is a good example of the different economics (dare I even say the ‘Long Tail’?) of the app store world? Or ‘the value of the frivolous’.
